Profile summaries are checked against the linked background reference. We avoid precise population estimates, legal claims, medical advice, and rapidly changing conservation labels unless an authoritative source and review date are provided.

Images and licensing

Every profile image names its source, creator when available, and license. Remote images remain linked to their source pages. If an image cannot be verified, the profile is not published.

AI-assisted work

Software may help organize drafts, check consistency, or generate creative prompts. Wildlife profile text is reviewed before publication. We do not create large batches of indexable pages from unreviewed output.
